RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase from SOHO LANE If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment are not offered at this time.
Store credit:
- Never expires
- Can be used on any future SOHO LANE purchase
- Is issued as soon as your return is approved and processed
Return Window:
You may initiate a return up within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days or the return request will be cancelled.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags must remain attached.
- Items must be free of makeup marks, deodorant, pet hair, and fragrance.
Final Sale Items:
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items listed as Final Sale.
- Items purchased with discounts of 25% and higher are not eligible for return.
- Gift Cards
- Swimsuits, bodysuits, body wear, intimates
- Accessories
How to initiate a return:
1. Login to your account where you will be able to view all orders and submit returns directly from your customer account.
2. We will provide a return shipping label.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your return, your account will be issued the store credit.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours so we can fix it right away at hello@shopsoholane.com
Please include:
- Order Number
- Photo of the issue
- Brief description
EXCHANGES
Our curated pieces are available in limited quantities and restocked selectively to keep your wardrobe fresh and unique. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges at this time. We recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order for your preferred style or size as soon as possible.
PRE-ORDERS
IMPORTANT NOTE: Payments for pre-ordered items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when shipped.
If you order a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order will arrive in multiple shipments. If applicable, you will only be charged one shipping fee. You may receive multiple shipments depending on the items ordered.
Returns of pre-ordered items are accepted up to 14 business days from the date your pre-ordered item is fulfilled. Please contact us at returns@shopsoholane.com to request a return label.
We do our best to communicate all the details about pre-order items in the item description. On occasion, details about the pre-order item may change and are out of our control.
Pre-order items are special orders and can take up to eight weeks to be completed.
The ESTIMATED SHIP DATE is provided by our vendors and it is only an estimate. We cannot make any guarantees on the actual delivery date but will do our very best to keep the information as updated and accurate as possible. We also cannot guarantee that your order will ship on any specific date. We will process all orders in the order in which they are received. Again, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of any pre-ordered item.
Our customer service representatives have no additional information other than what is available on the product information page but we are always here to help you. Please feel free to contact us at hello@shopsoholane.com with any questions. We do our best to reply to all inquiries within one to two business days.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are pleased to offer standard complimentary shipping on all orders over $100.00. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We currently ship via USPS. Standard delivery times are 3-8 business days depending on your location. Quicker delivery options may be made available at checkout, for a fee. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and cane be dependent on destination and items to be shipped.

GIFT CARDS
Each SOHO LANE Gift Card has a unique code. Simply type that code into the gift card / promo code box during check out and hit “apply.”
LOST / STOLEN ORDERS
SOHO LANE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please communicate with the courier vendor responsible for handling your package.
WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once your order is shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER
Please allow 5 to 10 business days after processing for your package to be delivered. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the shipping speed once the package leaves our facility.
