RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase from SoHo Lane. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of order date.

Return Options:

• Refund to original payment method: A $10 return shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Store credit: Return shipping fee and restocking fee is waived.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Any signs of wear, body or perfume odor, makeup or stains, or regular cases of "wardrobing" will not be accepted. It is at the discretion of the returns department at SOHO LANE to reject returns if any of the above are observed.

Please note:

• We are unable to accept returns that are past the 14 day order date timeframe.
• Any items purchased using a discount code higher than 20% are non-refundable/ not returnable.
• Any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for return.

How to initiate a return:

1. Login to your account where you will be able to view all orders and submit returns directly from your customer account.

2. We will provide a return shipping label.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or issue store credit.

Please note: Final sale items or items marked as Not Returnable are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

Our curated pieces are available in limited quantities and restocked selectively to keep your wardrobe fresh and unique. Because of this, we do not offer exchanges at this time. We recommend returning your item for a refund or store credit and placing a new order for your preferred style or size as soon as possible.
